In an effort to be as transparent as possible with regards to our home building process we will be updating this blog post regularly to keep you informed about what you can expect should you choose to build with Tuskes Homes.
Due to the unprecedented demand for new construction and supply chain delays, our current build time is 11-12 months from Agreement of Sale. Our construction team is working diligently to find solutions to delays as they occur. Homesites are available for to be built homes at all our Lehigh Valley and Poconos communities.
Our Sales Consultants are always available to answer any specific questions you may have regarding our home building process, lead times, and site availability per community.
